With the enactment of the 1988 Federal Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, the casino added 250 slot machines and nearly 10 blackjack tables. Tradewinds Buffet and Java s Restaurant, a full-service dining room, and Toucan Harry s sports bar began operation. In 1994 Treasure Island opened its 137-slip marina on Sturgeon Lake, and added a recreational vehicle park that accommodates up to 95 RV with hookups for water, sewage and electricity.
